Companies can only achieve a strong supply chain in a competitive global marketplace if they collaborate with the right suppliers and understand the end of the supply chain is just as important as the beginning or middle. In fact, it becomes more difficult for companies to adapt their logistical processes with consumer demand the farther the fabrication and assembly process is from North America.
