All Offshore Group facilities involved in the delivery of its Shelter Program services have achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. The group received its first certification under the ISO 9002:1994 version of the international quality standard in 1998.

The Offshore Group Quality System is process-oriented, and adheres to a strict customer focus aimed at the continual improvement of the services that it provides to its client base. This “systems thinking” approach has enabled The Offshore Group to adapt to changing markets and competitive conditions, as well as to thrive under diverse economic circumstances.

The Offshore Group shares quality information amongst US and Mexican facilities via its web-based “Sistema de Gestión de Calidad,” or Quality Management System. Cross facility access to this data enables The Offshore Group to implement “best practices” throughout the entirety of its organizational structure.
