Offshore International, Inc. – is located in Tucson, Arizona and houses The Offshore Group’s Accounting, Cross Dock, Logistics, and Marketing functions. The facility is the base of operations for a professional bilingual and bicultural staff.
Offshore International, LLC – in Mission, Texas, serves as the Cross Dock facility for The Offshore Group’s Saltillo clients.

Maquilas Tetakawi, S.A. de C.V. – is The Offshore Group’s flagship manufacturing center, located in Empalme and Guaymas, Sonora.

Manufacturas Zapalinamé S.A. de C.V. – was incorporated in the city of Saltillo, Coahuila in 1997 for the purpose of giving manufacturers the option of locating in the highly industrialized North-Central region of the Mexican republic.

Dinisa, S.A. de C.V. – is The Offshore Group’s industrial park developer and contractor.

International Logistic Solutions (ILS) –  was founded in 2000 to offer manufacturers its supply chain expertise. As a non-asset-based third-party logistics (3PL) company, ILS has become the leading transportation provider serving Offshore Group clients located in the Empalme/Guaymas, Sonora area.

Vangtel – is The Offshore Group’s newest family member. The company was established in 2005 to offer contact centers and business outsourcing (BPO) firms administrative and infrastructure support in Mexico.
