Nearly two decades of experience in the Latin American business community give Jeff Prileson ideal qualifications as the Offshore Group's Chief Financial Officer. His career has encompassed work in financial planning, analysis, and management with manufacturing, high technology, and information services companies. He has also done significant work in market strategy planning and investigation in the Mexican marketplace.

At Offshore he is responsible for finance, tax, and accounting issues, and relationships with outside financial services providers. He has spearheaded projects affecting both Offshore and its clients, such as international transfer pricing and sales into Mexico from within Offshore's shelter plan services environment.

Prileson is fluent in Spanish, holds a B.A. in International Studies, and earned the Master of International Management degree from Thunderbird — the American Graduate School of International Management.
