Miguel Hernández is general manager of The Offshore Group's Saltillo operation. Hernández has more than 20 years experience in the field, including extensive training in marketing and human resources. He has a degree in business administration from the Universidad Autónoma de México and diplomas in human resources, marketing, economy and politics.

Recently Miguel received an MBA from the Iberoamericana University. He finished at the top of his class. He has taught at the University of México and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Additionally, he is a member of Mexican business associations such as the Chamber of Industries (CANACINTRA) and the Association of Employers (Coparmex).
