The Offshore Group recognizes that a healthy workforce is a productive one and, as such, makes healthcare accessible to workers at all of its Mexican facilities. On-site medical assistance enhances workforce productivity by limiting the need for employees to make time-consuming trips to Mexican Social Security treatment centers. Medical assistance is available on all shifts to both direct labor and salaried employees.

The Offshore Group Shelter Plan includes the provision of the following services:
