We recommend that attendees make travel arrangements early. A direct flight is available from Houston , Texas into the Saltillo Airport . Additionally, there are many flights from Dallas , Houston , Chicago and Atlanta directly into Monterrey . Also listed for your convenience are flights from Mexico City into Saltillo and Monterrey . The Offshore Group will provide transportation to and from the Saltillo and Monterrey airports.

All attendees will receive two confirmations, one confirming your Summit registration, and a second upon hotel room booking.

The Camino Real offers amenities such as an outdoor pool and a brand new workout room. Wireless internet access, tennis courts, mini golf, children’s playground, safe deposit boxes, baby-sitting service, and 24 hour medical assistance.

Room Sharing Procedure:
We request that attendees that will be sharing a room, indicate so clearly on the registration form.  Also, do not forget to include the name of the second individual.

The on-line registration form has a space to indicate One-Primary for the primary individual securing the room, or None-Share for the second occupant of the room. This will ensure the booking of correct reservations.

Cancellation Policy
