We recommend that you make your travel arrangements early. Direct flights into Saltillo are available. Please check with airlines/travel agent to confirm your reservations.

Transportation To and From Airports

Transportation To and From Airports: Transportation to and from airport to conference hotel will be provided by The Offshore Group.

Please indicate ‘Yes, require pick up”’ on your registration from and provide all flight information. An Offshore representative with a sign will be at the airport customs area to meet attendees and direct them to their transportation.

If you are driving into Mexico from the US you must have a valid passport OR two forms of identification: An original state-issued, valid driver’s license AND original, state-issued birth certificate with seal (not a copy).

Saltillo Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the Quinta Real Saltillo hotel.
Monterrey Airport is approximately 45 minutes from the Quinta Real Saltillo hotel.

Conference events will take place at the Quinta Real Saltillo hotel. Dress is business casual.

The Offshore Group will make your hotel reservations based on the information provided when you complete your on-line registration. In order to ensure you receive your hotel confirmation number, please provide an Email address on your form.
