Mike Weber
President and General Manager

Mr. Weber is President and General Manager of Powerbrace Corporation, a subsidiary of Miner Enterprises.  Mr. Weber joined Powerbrace in 1996.  Powerbrace manufactures components for the freight railcar and truck-trailer industries.  In 2004, Powerbrace relocated their rail products division to La Angostura Industrial Park (Offshore Group) in Saltillo.  Under the direction of Mr. Weber, the Powerbrace team in Saltillo has achieved positive market recognition and outstanding operating results.

Mike Weber has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing.  Prior to joining Powerbrace, Mr. Weber served as Executive Vice President for a subsidiary of Schindler Elevator for 13 years.  Throughout his career, Mr. Weber has held a variety of positions including manufacturing vice president, director of purchasing and operations manager with responsibility for information technology and organizational development.  Mr. Weber is accomplished in managing multiple location manufacturing operations.
